Return Policy
This Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through the Goynar Bakso platform (a brand of PTP Lifestyle, hereinafter referred to as “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By making a purchase on our website, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Return Eligibility
1.1. Returns will only be accepted for products that are damaged, defective, or not as described at the time of delivery.
1.2. All return requests must be initiated by the Customer within three (3) days of receipt of the product. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return.
1.3. The following conditions must be met for a return to be accepted:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all tags, labels, and the original invoice.

Any free gifts or promotional items delivered with the product must also be returned.
2. Return Process
2.1. To initiate a return, the Customer must contact our customer care team at +91 82072 27005 or info@goynarbakso.com, providing the order number, clear photographs, and a detailed reason for the return.
2.2. Upon receipt of the return request, the Company will review the claim and may request additional information or evidence as necessary.
2.3. If the return is approved, the Customer will be provided with instructions for return shipment. All returns must be shipped to the address specified by the Company.
2.4. The Company reserves the right to arrange for pickup or request that the Customer ships the product back at their own expense, depending on the circumstances.
3. Inspection and Acceptance
3.1. All returned products will be subject to inspection upon receipt. The Company will verify the condition and eligibility of the returned item(s).
3.2. The Company reserves the right to reject any return if the product does not meet the return eligibility criteria specified in Section 1.
4. Refunds
4.1. Upon acceptance of the returned product, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within fifteen (15) business days.
4.2. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due solely to an error on the part of the Company.
4.3. If the return is rejected, the product will be shipped back to the Customer at their expense, and no refund will be issued.
5. Exclusions
5.1. Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless received in damaged or defective condition.
5.2. Products that show signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage caused by the Customer will not be accepted for return.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. The Company’s maximum liability in connection with any return shall be limited to the purchase price paid by the Customer for the product.
7. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
